IFA: Samsung presents … printer with Android – dobreprogramy

Android is a system that has dominated the smartphone market, and recently even watches. The market leader, Samsung, found that this system will be used in other devices, and so created the world’s first line of printers with Android – Samsung Smart MultiXpress.

Printers with Google’s operating system were presented at the IFA held in Berlin, Germany. The devices were equipped with a screen 10.1 inches, which is such as is used in the parts produced tablets. By using Android every printer user will be able to download materials for printing directly from the device. The previous belief that printers are tools closely associated with computers can go out of date.

That screen displays interface elements well-known currently manufactured multifunction devices. You will find there features such as “scan and send” or “job status”. In addition to the standard elements of the Korean giant has added a web browser, phone book, and even access to the application. In theory, the new Samsung printer can be used up to play. The printer software has been called SmartUX Center . This is equivalent to overlay TouchWiz used in phones and tablets company.

Devices also equipped with NFC module, which can be a safe pair of smart devices with the printer. In order to speed up the printing Samsung decided to use dual-core processor with 1 GHz clock. Aims to allow for trouble-free printing and editing a document at the same time.

Samsung boasts that the series of Samsung Smart MultiXpress will be more ergonomic and allow for maximum use of toner. Printers are directed primarily to medium and large companies. For a complete list of models can be found on Samsung Tomorrow.
