Tomasz Szeląg, Member of the Board of Cyfrowy Polsat, will be responsible for widely understood finances across the group Solorz-Zak, covering more than 50 companies.
– Tomasz Szeląg is a professional, has the experience, he participated in major transactions group – justifies its promotion Tomasz Matwiejczuk, spokesman Zygmunt Solorz-Zak.
Szeląg since 2009, he is a member of the board of Cyfrowy Polsat responsible for finance, currently serves on the board of subsidiaries Cyfrowy Polsat, including Polkomtel and Telewizja Polsat.
Now Tomasz Szeląg join the boards of other companies belonging to Zygmunt Solorz-Zak as a member of the supervisory board board member or a proxy. It will thus be responsible for the finance, among others, Elektrim, Plus Bank or companies of the Group Pątnów-Adamow-Konin. Each of the company is about to give details about his position.
In the past, Szeląg was vice president of Telefonia Dialog, director of the Division of Société Générale Bank in Wroclaw, also worked in KGHM Polish Copper and School of Banking in Wroclaw. He graduated from Wrocław University of Economics in the Faculty of National Economy.
Real Solorz-Zak was valued this year by “Forbes” magazine at 9.9 billion zł.
