Samsung has unveiled two new Android tablet Galaxy Tab Series 3 – 8 and 10.1 models.

8-inch version supports image at a resolution of 1 280 x 800 and is powered by dual-core Samsung Exynos 1.5 GHz. Also, it has 1.5 GB of RAM and two cameras – a 5 MP rear and 1.3 MP front. The device is expected to support connectivity via 3G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 USB. The shops will go versions 16 GB and 32 GB, both with a memory card slot.

The biggest difference between this model and a larger, 10.1-inch version of it, apart from the size of the processor. 3 Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is because with a dual-core Intel Atom 1.6 GHz. Most of the other parameters are very similar. 10.1 model, however, has less RAM (1 GB) and a weaker rear camera (3 MP).

Both devices are based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and have a suite of applications from Samsung. The sales are expected to come at the beginning of this month.
