The new 8-inch tablet Galaxy Tab 3 is designed for holding it in one hand. The 8-inch screen with a narrow frame can display graphics at a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The device is equipped with a dual-core processor with 1.5 GHz, LTE modem, WiFi connectivity, 5-megapixel camera and 1.3-megapixel front camera, GPS and GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0, 16 or 32 GB of flash memory (memory available to the user about 11.26 / 26.16 GB) , microSD memory card slot, 1.5 GB of RAM and a battery with a capacity of 4450 mAh. Tablet measures 7.4 mm thick, and weighs 314 grams (WiFi version).
Galaxy Tab 10.1 3 version has a dual-core processor but clocked at 1.6 GHz, 10-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, 3-megapixel camera and 1.3-megapixel camera and 1 GB of RAM and a battery with a capacity of 6800 mAh.
Both tablets are based on Android operating system 4.2 Jelly Bean.
