Germany: more than half a million euros for one of the first computers ... - Onet.pl

id=”intertext_1″> According to the auction house sold on Saturday Breker Apple and is one of six surviving in the world (known) operating the first generation of Apple computers, designed by Steve Wozniak. It was auctioned for 516 461 euros.

id=”intertext_1″> Steve Wozniak and his friend Steve Jobs built the Apple I in Jobs ‘parents’ garage. The price agreed then to 666.66 USD. It was established about 200 such devices. Buyer received a motherboard with more than 60 chips, and he still had to take care of housing, power supply, keyboard, and monitor.

id=”intertext_1″> Apple Sold on Saturday and is signed by Wozniak. The computer was accompanied by a letter written by Jobs.
