Sony just officially announced its new Xperia smartphone ZR , which has many similarities to the Japanese manufacturer’s flagship model, but in a smaller, more compact form.
Like Xperia Z , the phone is both waterproof and dustproof (IP58/IP55). This time, however, it is not only the possibility of immersion, because the ZR can be used underwater with a 13 MP camera for taking photos and recording Full HD video (up to a depth of 1.5 meters for 30 minutes).
As for the specifications, it will also get a solid configuration that just last year would have been referred to as the top FPS. ZR Xperia features a 4.55-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels (although the manufacturer itself to the end can not decide on his website and you can also find information about the 4.6-inch screen), which uses BRAVIA Engine 2 . Inside there while the quad-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro with frequency of 1.5 GHz, 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory expandable via micro SD card. The operating system is of course Android Version 4.1 Jelly Bean.
whole measuring 131 x 67.4 x 10.4 mm and weighs 140 grams. Unfortunately, Sony did not provide battery capacity, but previous leaks indicated a 2300 mAh battery.
