ANR in 2015. Sold approx. 77 thousand. hectares. The budget received more than 1 billion zł – Wyborcza.biz

The Agency has implemented a financial plan foreseen for 2015. In total, last year donated 1.85 billion zł, of which 1.1 billion zł budget and approx. 744 million zł for the Compensation Fund, which paid compensation for the Bug River claimants.

Last tenders on the ground

Since November 20, 2015. Agency does not organize and do not sell the land at auctions. On the other hand they signed a contract of sale (notarial deeds) with regard to contracts awarded. Are also implemented, after verification, transactions in the tender procedure for the heirs of former owners and tenants whose agency advised the purpose of real estate for sale until 20 November ub.r.

Last year, the agency sold 76.6 thous. hectares of agricultural land. Most state-owned land has been sold in the provinces of West Pomeranian – approx. 11.5 thousand. ha, Lower Silesia – 10.2 thousand. ha and Wielkopolska and Warmia-Mazury – on 9.5 thousand. ha. In total, the Agency organized more than 61.2 thousand. tenders, including 54 thousand. tenders for the sale of land. Nearly 2.7 thousand. it was restricted tenders for sale.

The agency also conducted more than 7.1 thousand. tenders for lease. Last year, the Agency leased 35 thousand. hectares of land.

Instead of selling the lease

This year, the basic form of management of state-owned agricultural land will be hire . Those who want to zoom in or create a family farm (300 hectares) will be able to lease land for limited tenders of betting or bidding. The duration of new contracts, leases, as a rule, it will be 10 years.

The ANR has resources of more than 100 thousand. ha for lease.

The Agency continues to sell on competitive bidding for non-agricultural land (including investment areas, plots and recreation) and historical objects. And also transfers to local governments free of immovable property for their own.

Currently, the lease is just over 1 million hectares of land, mainly in the provinces of West Pomeranian, Lower Silesia and Wielkopolska.

Most land treasury was leased in 1996. – almost 2.9 million hectares.

Since its inception, ie. since 1992. Agency took over a total of Agricultural Property of the Treasury 4.7 million hectares. Currently, the resource is a little over 1.4 million hectares, including more than 1.2 million hectares are leased, and 248 thousand. ha is waiting for the sale or other development.
