1. Appearance

Samsung Galaxy S7 is equipped with a screen size of 5.1 “and a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The display is, as befits a flagship Samsung, very bright, vivid and saturated color . Some believe that the colors are even artificially curled, but in our opinion this is its charm.

compared with last year’s model from the outside not much has changed. It’s still sleek unibody – with rear glass, the side of the metal. On the housing are visible fingerprints. Galaxy S7 is also water and kurzoodporny. What’s more, the machine’s memory can be expanded, because inside again there was room for a microSD card slot. Fixed it so that one drawer is both the SIM card and microSD. However, it was made of poor quality plastic which causes us serious concerns that if we extend it often, in the end it do not break. In the phone for more than 3,000 gold could be used to a little better materials.

For the same appearance and performance do not have, however, no charges – since Samsung convinced the metal housing unibody doing some of the nicest smartphones on the market . Galaxy S7 great in the hand, although at first it may seem like a pretty heavy (weighing 152 grams).

2. Screen always on

One of the novelties in the Galaxy Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge can enable the screen always on. This means that the screen always displays will be selected by us options, for example. If it turns out that, just as we are not fans of this solution, we have good news – this option can be turned off in Settings.

3. Camera

The camera was already great in the Galaxy S6. The Galaxy S7 is phenomenal. The principal has a resolution of 12 MP (F1,7), and the option intelligent image stabilization and even better and faster autofocus. The front has a resolution of 5 megapixels. It is also worth mentioning that the camera lens does not protrude quite as much from the housing, as it was in the Galaxy S6.

Application camera starts up extremely quickly. If you want something fast to capture the picture, there is a good chance that it will (at least initially, until Android running smoothly). Especially pictures in difficult lighting conditions come out really well. The photos are so important part of the Galaxy S7, that they devote more separate material.

4. Performance

Samsung Galaxy S7 is running Android 6.0. Inside is an octa Exynos 8890 processor and 4 GB of RAM. Internal memory is 32 or 64 GB (remember the possibility of extending its microSD card with up to 200 GB). With such specifications Galaxy S7 simply do not have the right to slow down, “wonder” of the commands or trim during play. Everything works smoothly and quickly – we hope that the performance will not fall too much during the subsequent months of use.

5. A fingerprint sensor

Such sensors in the flagship models of smartphones are now virtually standard. But the one that we find in the Galaxy S7 really deserves praise. Samsung glory of God already gave up the option and move your finger over the sensor, now enough of pads to the sensor only apply. Reading is hassle-free and, above all, incredibly fast – faster, even, than the iPhone 6.

6. Battery

After this time a barrel of honey on a spoon of tar. The battery in the Galaxy S7 has a capacity of 3000 mAh. Samsung boasted during the conference, that is enough to watch the entire season of “Game of Thrones”. Perhaps, if you watch the show in vile resolution and without a network connection.

If you run more office lifestyle (home – work – home), the battery is sufficient for the end of the day.

However, if your lifestyle includes frequent moving from place to place, it can have serious problems. We went with the Galaxy S7 trip, on your smartphone launched navigation. We set off with S7 charged at 100%; 4 hours and 250 km later the battery was charged at only 15%. Above the Samsung definitely still needs some work.

Samsung Galaxy S7 will go on sale in Poland on March 11. In the version with 32 GB of memory will cost 3199 zł. That’s a lot. Well, probably not expecting that Samsung’s flagship will be cheap.

Samsung Galaxy S7 is certainly one of the best smartphones available on the market. He does phenomenal images, in terms of performance there is nothing to complain about, and it’s waterproof and kurzoodporny. If the high price you do not mind, it’s definitely worth it. And if you think that more than 3,000 zł phone a lot, you have to wait until the Galaxy S7 will be offered by operators.
