Sony announces stick microUSB / USB for mobile devices - FrazPC.pl

Sony just announced its flash drives , which were created for mobile devices. On the one hand, because it is equipped with a standard full-size USB 2.0 connector , which we connect to our computer, on the other hand hides a microUSB , which we connect to our smartphone or tablet.

USB flash drive is compatible with Android (the required version of Android 4.0.3 and above, support for KitKat is to appear soon) and connected to a device running Google detected as a storage device. This allows for seamless copying of data between mobile equipment and our PC, in other words, we can easily transfer photos, videos, music, documents and other files without a USB cable. USB flash drive, if necessary, will also serve as an extension of the internal memory of our phone / tablet.

Sony offers application File Manager (available on Google Play), which will help us to manage files, but we can also make use similar software independent producers.

flash drives go on sale in January, and their prices are $ 20 for 8 GB, $ 30 for 16 GB and $ 63 for 32 GB.
