YotaPhone: Two screens on the smartphone, one of the E-Ink technology - Virtual Poland

Russian manufacturer of modems Yota Devices introduced its first smartphone – YotaPhone. The device has two screens, including one made in energy-efficient e-paper technology (E-Ink).


YotaPhone is running Android 4.2.2, its heart is a dual-core Krait processor cores 1.7 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. The main display has a diagonal of 4.3 inches and a resolution of HD – 720 x 1280 pixels. On the back of the phone was placed additional EPD screen with a diagonal of 4.3 inches and a resolution of 360 x 640 pixels, displaying images in 16 shades of gray, and armed with a touch pad for handling gestures.
