Kingston DataTraveler 2000 – encrypted memory stick – PC Format

Encryption itself does not need any additional drivers, software and hardware.

By using the alphanumeric keypad, the user can block access to the media by using a combination of different letters and numbers. To further enhance security, the manufacturer decided to add auto-lock, which locks and formats the flash drive after 10 failed attempts to access the data.
