Jeep flew to Mars twelve years ago. He studied Red Planet looking for traces of water and the conditions for the existence of life. Now, however – like a faulty computer – has problems with the hard drive . Instead, store data and transmit them to the Earth , without interruption reset, as if he used only the basic RAM.

As the jeep is not possible to replace parts, experts NASA want to solve the problem by manipulating the software. This process may take two weeks. Even if it fails, Americans can talk about a big success: Opportunity had to work for three months, and worked for eleven years.
