Amazon removes from his store products Google and Apple – Polish Radio

                             Amazon Poland announced a salary increase for all employees in each of the three logistics centers in Poland. The increase is a result of the global, annual salary review process.

– analyzed data on wages and benefits offered by the 150 local companies. We compared the salaries offered by us with the salary for similar positions in our region, such as a forklift operator, an employee of the production department, warehouse worker, machine operator, assistant in the warehouse foreman or team leader. All of these actions have an impact on decisions taken by us – said Person.

So far, the rate for workers center in Sady near Poznan and for those working in the centers in Bielany of Wrocław (Lower Silesia) is slightly different. Since August 1 hourly employees basic level in all the centers will rise to 14zł / h and team leaders for 18 PLN / h. As emphasized concern, salary increases of up to 12.5 percent. The company announced that the date announced review of salary increases and the introduction coincided with the first anniversary of the presence of the Amazon in Poland. – Our employees come from remote villages up to 100 km from our logistics centers. Attracting cadres from so far away it is possible among other reasons, because all of our employees to provide free and direct transport to work and back – handed.
