Apple, according to information obtained by Business Insider is negotiating with US and European mobile operators. IPhone manufacturer wants to become a virtual operator (MVNO).

The giant from Cupertino wants to provide all types of services: voice communication, mobile internet, sending SMS messages. At the same time, as in the case of other virtual operators Apple would use the infrastructure of several operators. This would ensure a high level of service regardless of customer location.

The Business Insider points out that Apple’s plans are rather long – the company intends to become a virtual operator in the next few years.
